Justice for Vincent Doan

In Blanchester Ohio on August 28th, 1996, Carrie Culberson vanished along with her car a red Honda CRX. To this date no trace of either of them have been found. One year later Vincent was found guilty of kidnapping and murdering Carrie Culberson and then sentenced to life without the possibility of parole. 

NO CRIME SCENE, NO BODY, NO WEAPON, NO BLOOD, NO DNA, NO WITNESS...

Vincent Doan is innocent of a crime there is no proof even happened. This case made national attention. The trial was aired live on Courttv, and also aired on several documentaries.  Including Courttv's "Missing", Dateline, American Justice, Paula Zahn, Oprah, Montel Williams with Sylivia Browne.

On August 28th, 1996, Carrie had been out playing volleyball at a bar in Morrow Ohio with some friends. Carrie did not want to go home afterwards she wanted to stay out so before taking her home she had her friends drive her by both bars in her hometown, particularly looking for a black pickup truck, by Vincent's residence, and to an apartment where two of her male friends lived. There she made three phone calls to three other male friends of hers. Carrie not having any luck contacting anyone to stay out with, had her friends drop her off at her residence around 11:30 to 11:45. After she was dropped off the neighbor seen Carrie get into her car and drive her car down the street not turning her lights on until at the end of the street. 

Around 11:45 Carrie showed up outside Vince's residence beeping her horn and intoxicated, Vince went outside to talk to her. She asked him to go to the bar in Marathon Ohio with her, he told her no because he had to get up and go to work in the morning. Carrie left upset and a few minutes later Vincent was worried about her and went looking for her. he drove to Marathon Ohio, the truck he was driving broke down, so he jogged a mile to get to the town. Once in Marathon he realized the bar was closed so he went to a friend's home Jeff Warren that lived close by. Vince used the friend's phone to call his father about the truck and being broke down. Phone records prove Vincent was in Marathon Ohio at 1:00 am. Jeff Warren testified Vincent left around 1:15. Vincent went back to his dad's truck, drove home and laid down on his couch falling asleep. His father and stepmother drove by approximately around 2:00 am seeing the front door open and light on his father went to the door and seen him sleeping on the couch he shut the light off and closed the door. Vincent got up and left his home around 5:30 went to his mother's home ate breakfast and took a bath then clocked in to work at 6:44 am.  

To date Carrie Culberson and her car are still missing.
