Juror misconduct
Juror in question was juror Tammy Brown. A news reporter from WLW Pete Gemmer was given information that a juror had talked about Vincent Doan's case and was already forming an opinion and that the juror's brother used to run around with Doan's brother.

Here is a class reunion with Tracey Baker, Vincent's brother and Tammy Brown one of the jurors. Tammy and Tracey were close friends in school and allegedly a little more a couple times. Tammy, in a condescending tone stated on Dateline ' I know I made the right decision, I know I can sleep at night."
Tammy Brown also went to school with Lori Baker and they were friends as well.
